Galactic Legends bug

Pointing back to a post from a week ago doesn’t address the issue. I too am in the same situation - I worked hard for over 6 months to qualify for the JML and the JMK events, but now I qualify I am limited to unlocking them and cannot get ULT and for the last 6 days I have been forfeiting approximately 30 LS tickets each day because I am maxed on tickets. it is extremely frustrating to know that the JMK event has had a known bug for over a year with the game, intermittently quitting during the first couple phases and not addressing this issue, but pouring copious resources into developing Leia, Bane, and now the new Gungan faction instead of fixing known issues with the JMK tier 1 and tier 2 or now the ULT journey bugs for most if not all current GLs based on posts here and Reddit. I have been playing daily since the game launched in 2016 and I am F2P so it takes me notably longer to achieve the highest level characters so it is a real turn off when the game is broken for not just a few minutes or a few hours, but DAYS…now going on WEEKS. Really enjoy the game, but please fix known issues

Looking for an update. Maxed out on Light Side Currency for days. Unable to leave a reply on the official forum due to site error.

How long does it take to fix a bug you waiting to find some more before you do anything CG while you wait I have wasted lightside currency and can’t complete the kenobi event due to your incompetence are you going to give me 1000 lightside currency when this is fixed how are you going to compensate me for my time lost 

Can't stress enough how frustrating this issue is with the GL battles for ultimate, what really rubbs it in is all the pop up advertisements to purchase various bundles that keep appearing, fix the GL ultimate bug now!!!

I have been following the regular forum for the Make good of the GL journeys being shut down, but have seen nothing in the way of compensation and it is over 2 weeks now since the “hot fix”. I am glad that the GL journeys are now open again, but the reality is many of us, including myself Forfeited over a weeks worth of light and dark side tickets . I personally was working on both a light side and a dark side, GL and figure between the two I forfeited somewheres between 500 and 600 tickets. CG really needs to do something to compensate those of us who were heavily impacted.
