Game asks for a review when it shouldn't

Today when I was playing the game on my iPhone, I was prompted to review/rate it. I didn't take a screenshot, but if I see it again, I'll certainly do so.

There is a clear setting in iOS to disable such dialogs, and I do have them disabled, but SWGOH doesn't seem to respect that. (Settings -> Apps -> App Store -> In-App Ratings & Reviews) I suspect this behaviour is against Apple's Guidelines - and even if it's not, it'd be greatly appreciated if the game could change to respect this setting (and correspondingly, respect those of us playing the game).
