Missing purchased items

Hi I recently bought the hyperdrive bundle and the chewbacca chase bundle and I got the hyperdrive bundle and went through the cut scene for it and everything then I redeemed the chewbacca chase bundle and received none of my bounty hunter shards please can you help.
