Game Crashes 💯 of the time

Question

Game Crashes every time I try to sim or battle for Finalizer and Raddus shards.

No I don't have a poor connection, everything else works perfectly. Yes, it is updated to the most recent version. Yes, I have tried restarting. Yes, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Yes, I have tried contacting EA Help, going on 3 weeks now where they just repeat the above and pretend nothing is wrong with your game.

And yes, of course I am happy to repost this every day until the issue is resolved.

My guess would be because you're trying to SIM those events while having the ships at max stars/shards. It's part of an update from over a month ago. WAI. Anyone who has Home One, Endurance, Executrix, Finalizer, Raddus at max stars or has enough shards to get the ship to max stars no longer has access to the event. The only issue is that you can still see the Finalizer and Raddus events even if you have them maxed. As far as I know though, they're aware of it and are likely to fix it at some point.

Yeah, there are probably about two dozen threads from people asking why they can't play the final tier of the Raddus and Finalizer events, each time it turns out to be the whole max stars/shards thing. A few of the comments in those threads also similarly complain about having to see the events despite not being able to access them. I may be wrong, but I think I saw at one point CG mentioning that the issue has been brought up.
