Game freezes constantly ...before battles GA,TB,TW. Also while upgrading gear everything shrinks then it freezes.. I've enclosed pics of the occurrences I've had in the last hour alone . This is getting worse not better..cost me one ga matchup last week and multiple tw matchups today... Is hard to even play at the moment..I know it's a issue with Samsung phones or we are the ones having.the issues..but at this point it's beyond fustrating... So here's the pics to help aid in to be solution to the problem and yes I cleared my cache and did a reinstall of the game as well with no different results after...

The team is aware and already investigating this.
Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra. I have been using the help chat feature in game, and keep getting the same questions asked. What phone, what connection, what country. This issue has cost me 3 GAC wins and several recorded losses in TW and TB. Only happening since update.

It has now frozen twice on me during conquest attempts... Very frustrating and only started after the mod management update so it should t be impossible to find and fix.
The fact is there getting even worse than when I originally posted..we ve done all the steps stated I've even done ones I found in forums . nothing has worked !!!! I rely on GA crystals ,conquest rewards and tw and TB rewards and blend them in with the small conquest pass and a gem pack or two a month..small pennies to you I know..I will not spend a dime until it's fixed ..this game is no longer fun the way it is for us and this is effecting plenty..I understand it takes time but let's face it if the bug was we couldn't buy packs because the game was freezing it would of been Addressed along time ago..I mean seriously addressed...I can't justify spending even the little i do for a game thats not giving me anything back anymore...I'll be patient and I hope you do fix this and compensate all of us that we're effected but as said my enthusiasm and my willingness to spend a few dollars are gone until you do.I understand it takes time and you need to understand we that are effected are as fustrated as can be!!!! ...good luck
This was new, attack commands disappeared, i have had all the freezes seen here, been happening for a long time.
I've been having the same issue since the new update. USA, galaxy s21 ultra. Game freezes for me upon entering battle. GAC, TW, TB, arenas. The battles always count as losses and I lose the team.
I'm gonna try killing the app and restarting before every meaningful battle. This is NOT a good player experience.
And again. Twice in a row. I'm one of the top players in my guild and losing teams to freezing is affecting all people in my guild in terms of collective rewards in this LSTB - at least in terms of stars achieved, which directly translates to reward quality and amount.
I kinda think an acknowledgement to the player base that you're working on the issue and a pretty substantial make good is necessary.
This is the 1st time I'm reporting this issue, but this has been happening since the most recent update and people are losing in game rewards they would have otherwise received.
