Game crashes on Android OS 7.1.1 or lower after 04/12/2019 update

SWGOH iOS 13 stuck on loading splash screen. I tried to uninstall the app, turnoff iCloud Game Center. Nothing is working, the game/app still doesn’t fully load and I can not play. Please advise.

This is happening on all my Android 8.1 devices as well. Probably an incompatibility with your server update and the new Google API that went online December 1.

Android 7.0 here, haven't been able to log in since two hours ago. Still waiting

I'm not sure if it's the same problem but the game was working at 9 am bst and i got most of my daily activities completed so i stopped there until I had more energy to use, thus when I recieved my alert that my bonus energy was available at 12 noon bst. I tried to load the game and the game closed it's self on the disney/lucas arts screen, so I left the game until 3pm bst when I went to log in again I had the same problems, so I tried restarting the game, clearing the cache and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game and then the game would get to the loading cantina screen then close down, I have since tried to restart my phone and uninstall/reinstall again and still the same two problems. My phone is a samsung galaxy s5.

Ps. I also tried to load the game on blue stacks on my computer and I keep experincing the same promblems
