Game crashing right after GAC, TW match loses, NOW EVEN WHEN LOGGING IN

Summarize your bug Everytime I lose a match in GAC, whenever I have to press FORFEIT or SUBMIT the game crashes, after the recent crash, when I try to login into my account, press the green button, game keeps crashing yet again
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, maybe just check what happens when you lose a battle in GAC and first try testing out with either of those two buttons (forfeit or submit)

Hello, so during the past month after the ingame UI update I encountered this very annoying bug/issue which just keeps persisting up until now.

So the issue is, everytime I got in to the match in GAC (in one case also in TW) whenever I lost, two of those new buttons appear "SUBMIT" or "FORFEIT". Once I pressed either of those two (more frequently the green one, which i don't remember is which) the game just crashed.

Yesterday in the GAC matchup THE SAME ISSUE reoccurred and even to the more extreme degree I would say. Now the game's progression got reset to zero, and now everytime I try to log into my EA account and press the green button to login - THE GAME STARTED TO CRASH YET AGAIN...

This issue happens almost every time I lose in GAC or TW (when I'm presented with those two buttons) and now even outside GAC

This issue is mainly prevalent when I play this game on my Android phone, luckily I also have PC client.

P.S. I'm also attaching the screenshot of this bug last time it occurred whilst I was trying to login into my account.
