@PrarajA When you press the "Submit" button. Do you receive an error 32 pop-up?

From my knowledge, no. From what i can see, only the error code 9.78.
I tried logging in with either mobile data or wifi, the problem still persists
P.S. Also i encountered the similar crashing issue on my pc client, but crashing seems to appear once i press submit button more than once

  Pressing more than once is a known issue and tracked HERE. The other error might be related to a mismatch between EA account and Apple/Game Center account.
