Game Does Not Load Using Cellular Data

Hello there,

I have a different stuck on "Checking for Updates" issue than most. My game works fine on the many different wifi connections I use, both public and private.

However the game refuses to work using cellular data. Every other game and app I have including the very similar Marvel Strike Force works just fine. I've tried all of the reinstall, clear cache, airplane mode on and off, phone restart, force quit app, praying to Yoda type things to no avail. It is NOT a local network issue. Occam's razor and all that.

Samsung Galaxy 9+, everything fully updated and virus checked, Android latest. Frequency of problem = always.
