Myself and people in my guild have experienced an increase in game errors that force a restart. When this happens during a TW or GA, the results is that the attacking team is consumed, but the opponent team is still there. This causes unexpected losses while it should have been a win. I just experienced such an occurrence in GA. At the end of the match my characters just sat there for a while and then I got a game error and a forced restart. There needs to be some mechanic in this case to restore the attacking team. Especially in GA, it could be an unrecoverable situation since there are limited counters.
In my situation, a powerful Traya team essentially vanished and a potential win has almost certainly turned into a loss.

The scenario you subscribe looks like you've lost internet connection during the battle. The delay for the victory screen is one indicator for that and the error message also relates to this.
Please make sure that you have a strong and stable internet connection before doing important battles (raids, GA, TW, etc.), to prevent this from happening.
The mechanic that your team is consumed when a restart happens during or at the end of the battle is intended, to prevent exploitation.
