The lag is a small annoyance but the real problem is that the app is registering taps/clics moments later than when you did them, so it is registering the wrong buys on items if you move the mouse pointer or touch the screen on the phone to scroll and will accept the buy if you clicked where the to-be-seen button is.
I have had 1280 crystals spent on 32 padawan kenobi shards, whom I already have at r9. EA Support cannot reverse an ingame buy, so I would like to ask from the devs how to reverse this wrong buy as I know there are other users that suffered these missbuys.
I already redownloaded the app to try to fix the lag, but I would like to recover the resourcers spent due to this app failure, please.
