Two separate instances this TB of my Traya squad freezing in the initial turn of combat. This game is so broken, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've played with my phone plugged in, I've closed all other apps, I'm on a galaxy s10+ for heavens sake, NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF CRASH!

I've merged some threads together reporting game freezing. In the past these troubleshooting steps have helped players with game freezes. Please check the articles for your device and run through them.
If the issue persists,you've exhausted the troubleshooting steps, and you feel you're experiencing a bug please pop over to this Bug Report thread . Add your insights from your experience, what steps you've tried, why you feel it's a bug, or other information you feel would be relevant when looking into the issue.
Your game is really broken after last patch with LS TB content.. It lags hard in battles and freezes all over the place... on my samsung j7 i only got any kind of freeze in last year inside the DS TB 1st node down in the same battle everytime so there is one problem you dont know,. But the actualy problem after this patch i am getting freezes in SQUAD arena, TW and today in woned GA battle I had my full cls team maxed and alive opponent had only bossk left and BUM game froze black screen > adios(worst part is the game takes this freezes as forfeit so he got his full team reset and maxed i lost my team... thats crazy ) btw at the end i still woned that match but that doesnt make me less mad. And this is 100% an last patch issue this troubleshooting steps will not fix this you need to patch this as fast as posible please pay an attention to this... It happens all over the place to other players also, many of them also thinks its their connection problem soo tehy dont write reports or they just dont use forums...
- @EA_Lanna Same problem with others, with last few game updates game freezing and critical errors became more often.

Interesting fact Samsung tablet with worth hardware never have freezing or other errorsThe freezes are increasing in frequency lately and can occur anywhere. I'm on a oneplus 7 pro.
I went from 90hz refresh to 60hz. still crash.
Went from QHD to FHD - still crash.
Turned off audio in app - still crash.
Uninstall / reinstall app - still crash.
Wipe davlik cache - still crash.
Reset device - manually set up (no restore) - add only swgoh fresh from play store - still crash.
Roll back from Android 10 to Android 9 - still crash.
Step through updates to current android 10 again - still crash.
Any other suggestions? Besides expecting EA to fix their app?
