Game froze entering Tier IV of Lord Vader event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When trying to enter Tier IV of the Lord Vader event, my game froze on the loading screen. I lost my 70 tickets without the chance to even try playing the event. Please return the tickets to me if possible, as I spent a lot of crystals to farm for them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country United States

When trying to enter Tier IV of the Lord Vader event, my game froze on the loading screen. I lost my 70 tickets without the chance to even try playing the event. Please return the tickets to me if possible, as I spent a lot of crystals to farm for them.

    We have taken a look at the logs available to us, but were unable to see a reason for the freeze that you encountered.

    Please take a look at our Troubleshooting Guide in the hopes that it helps in the future!

    Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund the Dark Side tickets used, sorry!

    @EA_UltraSlide I've done some looking around the bug forum since posting, and I'd imagine it's the same issue that is causing people's games to freeze loading tier 4 of the JMK event.

    And failing to refund resources when your product fails is just bad customer service.
