Game stuck at title

Having the same issue on a galaxy s20 ultra 5g. Stuck at loading cantina. Have uninstalled, re-installed, restarted, tried on wifi and cell data. 

Same here. I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling the game and updating my phone.

Ditto for me as well.  Tried the reinstall and also tried a fresh install on a different device (Samsung tablet) and reinstalled my blue stacks on my laptop.  No good.  Still stuck on the loading screen for the last 5 hours.

Same I’ve been stuck on it for like 7 hours

My tells me there is a new client

Then takes me to app store which the only option is to open the app.

Then the app opens and get stuck on loading screen saying initializing.

Happens on both my iPad which is Korea app store and my iPhone which is New Zealand app store.

Yup, still stuck. My buddy sent me this …. So that’s cool. Says I was on ten minutes ago. 

I have the same problem with game, I am not able to login for 7 hours now. Everytime game stucked on loading cantina. I tried almost everything, but issue still persist. It could be related to latest post on forum? Incorrect account resets with update.

Same issue tried uninstalling and rebooting my iPhone and installing again hangs at same area. 

I having the same problem. Has anyone found a solution?
