PC App and Webstore Issue

I need help understanding and resolving an issue regarding my account access. I have been going back and forth with the in game help link chat situation for the past four days, and they are incompetent. Every message is a different person that hasn't caught up on previous messages, and the only "help" they have are links to articles. My ally code is 946-437-894, KyroRen. I can access my account on mobile no problem, but since the latest update that added the relic upgrade slider I can no longer access the account on webstore or the pc app. Can anyone here help me please?
