Game treating adult account as underage on second device
My daughter started an underage SWGOH account on my iPhone, played it for a while and has since quit the game. I downloaded the game on my iPhone, set up my own, adult, account, which works fine. My iPad game/account was setup using the Game Center function, so when I log into the Game Center on the iPhone, it pulls up my account, and i can play the same account on either device (which is exactly what I want). The only problem is that when playing on the phone, the system treats my adult account as an underage account, and has the chat function (as well as a few officer functions) disabled. When I'm playing with the exact account/PlayerID on the iPad, however, it all works exactly as it should.
Why is it behaving in this way, and how do I fix it? I've had several phone calls from EA Support about this, but I can barely understand the support specialist on the other end, and none have been able to help.

@Valerian1973 Did you try the steps suggested by the advisers you spoke to? If you are logged into your adult account but the settings are reflecting your daughter's account then you can try uninstalling the game, restoring the device to factory settings, reinstalling the game and then logging in to the correct account.
