Gameplay STILL freezing in squad arenas every single time I battle pirates

I have submitted multiple tickets about this over the last month, and i have seen no changes or improvements. This pirate team freezes or crashes the game every single time they do a special attack. This is not a connection issue, nor is it a hardware issue. Its specifically ONLY this team that triggers technical difficulties. Please look into this CG! No one can get past this team because of this issue and its not fair!
