Relic characters needing gear 13 to unlock ?

Hi.

I have several characters at 5 or 6 stars that I have reliced under the new system. These characters are now saying they need to be gear 13 to unlock relic levels when I hit the relic icon for each character yet they show the relic levels. This is only on my Android phone it's not a problem on the pc client.

You need to be 5 stars to get to relic 3, 6 stars for relic 4 and 7 stars for relic 5 and above. That’s probably why you’re locked out of the screen: the character’s star level is too low to keep updating the relic.
The error message unfortunately wrongly identifies the cause as to why you can’t get to the screen.
