LSB Raddus Bug

Hello, I bought this LSB from the Raddus on the Web Store, and I received compensation of around 5800 crystals (I don’t remember the exact number and I forgot to take a screenshot). However, I didn’t get my characters and ships — I’ve never bought this LSB before.
