Dear Support!

In today's round of grand arena, the error appeared again when I attack general skywalker with a see, when he kneels down, he doesn't come back anymore and becomes invulnerable. Even if the 5 minutes pass, the battle is not over. I can't even account for the two clones he knocked out. I lost my match today with 2034/2042 points, just because of the error. And this is not the first time, but so far I have not lost a gac round because of it. Please compensate me, as I lost considerable time and crystal due to the error.
