No Coaxium Given

Spent £19.99 on the Pass. I had done this whilst they apparently had a glitch with coaxium, However The forums state they will be proving compensation to players who did not receive Coaxium after dancing around in circles with the in game support they told me to post it on here. As someone who spends a good amount on the game i’m rather disappointed with the customer service and support received…. They told me to wait 24 Hours it’s now been 48. Any support on this at all?
