Summarize your bug For gear "Mk 5 A/KT Stun Gun Prototype Salvage", selecting "FIND" gives a list of where it can be found, like anything else. One of the things on the list is Fleet Battles 3-D, which it says is locked. I have 3 starred that battle, and it's not available in that location.

I don't have any of the other farmable locations unlocked for that piece of gear, so I've been relying on Guild donations for the past several weeks. It's very slow going. Wondering if this is a problem with other people, as about 50% of our guild's donation requests are for that piece of gear.

The piece you are looking for is on Fleet 3-D Hard, which it doesn't look like you have beaten yet.
The team are aware of the lack of "normal" and "hard" labels on Fleet battles when looking for gear.
