Geared Brood Alpha to 13, got reduced back to Gear 12.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I geared Brood Alpha to Gear XIII as soon as I hit the green plus button, it reverted to what it was weeks ago. In other words, I had to start the process all over again. I reported to EA support and I was told I'd be given 300 crystals.I don't need 300 crystals, I need Brood Alpha at G13, it took me weeks to farm.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my account

  • As an Electronic Arts Shareholder and a paying client of SWGOH, this situation is being handled in the most irresponsible way possible.

    Not sure how this ticket can be closed and the issue listed as resolved, or how this  can be an acceptable solution when it has not been resolved in any way shape or form.

    I got an email from someone asking a few questions a few days ago, I responded and have not heard back since then.

    I can't invest time and money in the game to level up, and when I get leveled up, have it disappear because of a 'glitch', only to be brushed off and not have what it is I worked for replaced.

    I won't accept such shoddy service from any provider I deal with elsewhere, so why should I accept it here?

    @Ilubirin This thread is not a "ticket." They marked it as solved because it was going to be handled via PM. Many individual cases are handled that way.

    I'm sorry it's taken so long for them to get back to you. Hopefully they will respond to you soon. They are usually very responsive, but I know that team doesn't work weekends.
