As an Electronic Arts Shareholder and a paying client of SWGOH, this situation is being handled in the most irresponsible way possible.
Not sure how this ticket can be closed and the issue listed as resolved, or how this can be an acceptable solution when it has not been resolved in any way shape or form.
I got an email from someone asking a few questions a few days ago, I responded and have not heard back since then.
I can't invest time and money in the game to level up, and when I get leveled up, have it disappear because of a 'glitch', only to be brushed off and not have what it is I worked for replaced.
I won't accept such shoddy service from any provider I deal with elsewhere, so why should I accept it here?

@Ilubirin This thread is not a "ticket." They marked it as solved because it was going to be handled via PM. Many individual cases are handled that way.
I'm sorry it's taken so long for them to get back to you. Hopefully they will respond to you soon. They are usually very responsive, but I know that team doesn't work weekends.
