Geo LSB

I bought the Geo LSB and instead of receiving the Geo Units, I was given 2k crystals as "compensation for something going wrong" I didn't give you my money so that you could give me a completely different thing to what I paid for, in fact, if not for the Geo LSB I wouldn't have spent anything, so I find it a little bit unfair that I should be given 2k crystals. I would very much appreciate a quick response and resolution (receiving the units I purchased) to this. Thank you.
