Getting connection error - unable to access a required internet resource.possible service interruption or poor internet connection.This started happening today on my swgoh account played on ios device, which uses wifi (home internet) and not 4g (mobile internet).I tried this same account on another ios device and got same error.I also play another swgoh account on android phone on both wifi and mobile internet and this has no problem.Seems that account on ios has this problem. Please fix it.

There are two things to try: If you haven't yet, could you run through the troubleshooting steps available for your device? If the issue persists after troubleshooting it, it may be an ISP issue. For that please contact your Internet provider. I am getting same error (attached) and have confirmed via discord with multiple others. Appears widespread
I am on fiber wifi with high connection rate and no issue with any other app / activity (actually posting this reply from the same phone)

I have also attempted restarting phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the swgoh app. No joy

@Dangermoooose i have the same issue. Restarting phone, deleting the app, clearing the cache, turning mobile data off and on, turning wifi on and off, none of these work. All tips on what to try are appreciated 🙂

@EA_Lanna Me too! I have the same problem now. I also have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the APP, clearing the cache, turning off wifi, turning off mobile data.... but nothing helped.

I’ve been having this issue for awhile. Figured it was a phone issue but it persisted after I got a new phone. Now even with wifi it struggles quite a bit. Then it randomly works for a bit. What is going on?
