GIFT CARD NOT WORKING

Since my account is wrongly labelled as a teen account (I am over 50 years old) and won't let me make purchases I joined a family group with another account I made and then got a gift card. I paid 15$ for the gift card so that aI can get the hyperdrive bundle. I also increased the spending amount on the "teen " again, I am not a teen! so that it could make purchases. The 15$ shows up on my account here but when I go to the webstore it still says I am unable to make purchase. All my many requests for help in game have been ignored. I have been trying to find a workaround to give you my. money. How do I make it so that the 15$ gift card I bought can show up in the webstore for my "teen" account? I am several hours and now 15$ lost into this endeavor.
