I've given up on EA Help for this. The people in India just can't parse out what is written.
I received one in game mail yesterday with rewards, NOT two. I should have gotten over 11k crystals. I only got the ~7000 crystals, and I had over 3k crystals in my account before I got those. If I had gotten the second rewards, i would have had ~14-15k crystals, and I only had 11k yesterday. I also only got 10k shard currency. If I had gotten both packs, I should have gotten ~10k shard currency. It's very obvious to anyone who looks in my account.
I will NEVER engage with one of these gift card promotions again. It's a scam and a ripoff, and SWGOH is not maintained well enough to realize when I hotfix client restart happens, sometimes rewards say redeemed on the support side, but they never make it into the game--the in game mail never comes!
