Gifting bug

In June 1, I purchased gifts for my guildmates. On June 10th I want to the store again and there was a message stating I had pending transactions, which showed 1 for myself and the 2 for my guildmates. I cancelled the one for myself and the messages disappeared. I reached out to my guildmates and they indicated they did not receive the gifts. I've since been working with EA and SWGOH support but they keep insisting I purchased the "gifts" for myself, is that even possible???? I've tried the restore purchase but that doesn't work either. They denied the refund request, I was just going to use that to resend the gifts. Any other suggestions?
