Relic didn't upgrade

Good morrow, on monday, early tuesday, I was playing star wars galaxy of heroes and was trying to unlock bocatan mandor in solo journeys, battle for Mandalore, the pirate and I attempted Paz Viszla relic 7 and was not having much luck, so I decided because he's a tank just to go ahead Race him to relic level eight. I did this and tried to play again. But what happened was the materials were taken, but the relic wasn't raised and I finally realized it and reached out to I need to help form on the game. I swear I spoke to 12 different people and uh, a couple of them would try to help, but then I'd get someone different. And they didn't care, and they would tell me to go to the forums, or learn how to beat it for the relic 7. It wouldn't bother me if I didn't spend so much money and time upgrading these characters and playing the game. One guy even told me that I upgraded him from relic 6 to relic 7 to which I replied, that's not possible.Or I wouldn't even have been able to play the event because everyone had to be at a relic seven. Is there any ea help form that I can reach out to that?Will actually help me? I felt like some of the guys didn't even yeah, play the game or understand what I was trying to say. I've been dealing with this since Tuesday. And i'm finally fed up with trying to explain to each person what happened and then have them blow me off and pass me to the next person. Has this ever happened to anyone else?And how did you go about fixing it. Thank you to anyone that responds.I appreciate the help.

    Hopefully someone can see this and check the logs (they will need your ally code). Maybe you had a crash or something, but it's always possible you upgraded the wrong character.

    They made it so difficult that I just gave up. They kept trying to tell me that it upgraded earlier in the week but I knew about that one.So I just lost the stuff I had. I got ten different customer service people and had to explain it ten different times and then they'd give me the same answer.Because they wouldn't review the previous conversation.And it was just a nightmare. For the amount of money that people spend on star wars galaxy heroes myself included.I spend a hundred bucks a week at least for them to be so ridiculous about one upgrade.It was just ridiculous. And you would think they'd say this person's never had any complaints before.Maybe we should take this seriously, but it seemed to me like they just wanted to respond.And get past me as quickly as possible.And not put any work into trying to really figure out the problem. They were just terrible with customer service.I was extremely disappointed.
