Gifting Lightspeed Issue

I purchased Lightspeed Bundle 3 on the 26/02 at 9pm BST through the gift option. The money has been taken from my account but the pack hasn't been sent to my intended person.

I have tried to raise this on EA help but I am yet to receive a response. 

Could I please get some help?
