GL Ahsoka Bugged?

So I've had an issue with GL Ahsoka battles locking up and not allowing combat. I can still access chat and settings, but nothing that allows the battle to continue in manual or auto. It's happened over a dozen times, exclusively with GL Ahsoka teams, and I have reported it numerous times.

I have a newer device, do not play on a 3rd party emulator and have re-installed the game twice, but the issue persists. EA "help" just keeps telling me to re-install the game and that they haven't reviewed any reports of this happening to anyone else. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and, if so, if anything was able to fix it.
