Payment processing delay creating unfair issue

I purchased season pass on the webstore via paypal, something I do every season with no issue. Only this time it said it could take up to 72 hours to "process". My paypal shows the charge pending.

In 2h45m I will no longer be able to do day 1 of Tier III for the Inquisitor Barriss event, as I require the Seasons Pass for the 20 shards of premium track. This means I'll be missing out on 5 shards at the end of the event's run, resulting in Inquisitor Barriss being my only Era character with 40/65 shards instead of 45/65 shards.

Please provide a solution to this.
