GL Leia Ultimate Battle Bug - Owed 70 GL tickets or 1 Ultimate Material!

Summarize your bug I am doing the Leia Organa Ultimate battle. This my third attempt. First two were easy wins. I eliminated the first scout trooper with Leia where she kicks him off his bike. The second scout trooper was shot down by Luke. The problem is Luke/Leia endlessly were on their bikes after that and the game did not go to phase 2. It did not freeze, just stuck there with the buttons still clickable. I was able to forfeit, but waiting a solid 5 minutes hoping it would switch over. It was not a connection issue. I want my 70 GL tckets back or a successful win of the mission and my ultimate material.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried to kill the second trooper instead of distract. Took longer and maybe what caused the bug?

Same issue here. Completed wave 1, but it never goes to wave 2. It was my first pass at the ult event. The bikes are just riding into infinity. Tried to minizine the app or turn on airplane, but they are just stuck.

We are investigating this issue, but so far, we have had no luck reproducing it on our end. Any further details you may be able to share would be appreciated.

Someone said it was related to a corrupted cache, Barbarossa or something was his name. I reinstalled and I was able to clear the event the new 2 passes. So 2 hangs into 2 clears.

@EA_HighCommand I had the same issue I posted about several days ago, and have heard nothing. As of now, that's 70 tickets wasted, which according to the weekly shipment is around 700 crystals.

Don’t use the second special to distract. Go out of your way to try to shoot down the scout troopers and maybe you can replicate it.

Other users are chiming in so obviously I’m not making it up.

Same thing just happened to me. Luke moves in front where the scout troopers were and then nothing. They just keep riding. Turn order showed it was Leia's turn and then the scout trooper who was no longer there.

How many users who have no relation to each other need to chime in before you guys find the error and reimburse us? All we are asking for is our 70 tickets back.
Find the error and fix it for future players. A lot of players are unlocking Leia every day now. This error report is only going to grow.
I am 7/12 currently on Leia Ultimate mats. It is going to do me no good if you reimburse me months from now.

Shocker of the year. The raid dropped and there are tons and tons of reports of the troopers not returning and your team biking into oblivion and/or straight freezing.

If only someone warned them...
Also, I finished the Leia Ultimate mats so thanks for nothing.
