We are investigating this issue, but so far, we have had no luck reproducing it on our end. Any further details you may be able to share would be appreciated.
How many users who have no relation to each other need to chime in before you guys find the error and reimburse us? All we are asking for is our 70 tickets back.
Find the error and fix it for future players. A lot of players are unlocking Leia every day now. This error report is only going to grow.
I am 7/12 currently on Leia Ultimate mats. It is going to do me no good if you reimburse me months from now.
