GL Lord Vader Ultimate Event missing the ULT button to win and end the fight

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Lord Vader Ultimate Event missing the ULT button to win and end the fight. The fight cannot end, since the button is not there to win Kenobi's "High Ground" This way I lost the DARK SIDE COINS needed to play the GL event.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I printed the screen to see the missing buttom, and attached bellow. If able to Access my last fight on this special ULT event, developers can see the bug, resulting in the lost coins.

This way I lost the DARK SIDE COINS needed to play the GL event.

We're aware of the issue with a few GL events. See the Known Issue post for more details.

I hope there's good compensation coming. I lost crystals and tickets and time and would have had the ultimate for gac, but now I don't and it's potentially costing me gac wins. Considering how widespread this is and that it's for GLs I hope to see some actual compensation.
Also, support through the game and using tickets through EA are useless because they have no idea about swgoh and are outsourced.

Similar, but different for me in that for the JMLS event it says the tier events are currently unavailable…meanwhile I am earning LS tickets, but have forfeited dozen because the game won’t allow me to complete tiers 4, 5 or 6

GL event is avaiable again. Have you guys tried it? Have you guys received any compensation? This bug caused inconvenience, chaos and lost yet no compensation at all. That makes no sense at all.

Came here to find anyone else who'd comment about this before I posted on reddit. I didn't know it was unlocked until after I used up my tickets doing SEE battles. I checked the helpdesk's message too, and got this as a reply. They literally prevented me from getting the LV ult a day before GAC started, and all they can say is "we can't process for this issue"? 😭 dang

This was fixed with a hotfix already. Please check the Hotfix 2/29 post for more details. For further information on a make-good, please follow the announcement section in the official forum.

I tried it and it is working.
No compensation so far.
