Hello I havent been on my account for years I cant seem to get it back the ally code is

If you can’t access your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes account, you might need to create a new account, unlock the settings menu by completing the tutorial if necessary, then follow the steps in this guide to submit a Support Request from within the game.

One of our advisors will do their best to help you. It might be possible to recover your account, you can find the necessary information to recover a linked or a guest account in this guide, it's not always possible, though.

I got a confirmation email saying I could confirm my account being linked but it didnt work

How about manual transfer of accounts to a different email. Lost access to primary email and recovery email was from my old job I retired from 4 years ago. Can’t access web store and just waiting for the day I have to confirm my SWGOH account through the lost email and all is officially lost.
