GL SEE event crash - lost 70 tickets

I just used my last 70 tokens for my last ultimate fight for the last ultimate mat...and I got this bug. Lost all of my tokens. I had used 300 crystals to farm up those tokens. So out of anger and frustration, I spent $50 on crystals and then blew several THOUSAND crystals on refreshes, only for it to happen again. I AM LIVID. 

I had taken the steps to go into my device, clear my game cache, and restart the whole thing to ensure it didn't happen the second time. 

I want every single crystal replaced, as well as every penny I spent on those crystals tonight.

Summarize your bug While doing the last phase of the Sith Eternal Galactic Legend event, it stays in the loading wheel infinitely. When backing out of the spinning wheel and came back I was missing the 70 tickets it cost to run it. Happened twice. so 140 tickets
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you actually QA'd or played your game you'd know about this sh*t. PAY SOME F*CKING ATTENTION!!!!

I lost 140 dark side tokens and 3000 crystals due to anger refreshes to stupidly try a second time after the issue happened. Between attempts, I cleared the game cache, and restarted my device to ensure I was running from the most "clean" state possible.

I expect every penny I spent on crystals AND every ticket to be replaced. If not, that's ok...I WILL do a chargeback and CG/EA can pay for the mistake as well as eat the chargeback fees. FAAFO

The loading screen to launch the SEE tier 6 fight never ends

1 try on 4G and then 1 try on Wifi, so it is a bug in the game

When restarting the gale, the red tokens are not in stock despite there was no fight

I would like to get back the 2 x 70 red tokens lost without fighting and to be informed when the in-game bug will be solved

Summarize your bug I made it all the way through the SEE event to the final tier to acquire the Ultimate. I ran the battle 9 times successfully and have 9 out of 10 ultimate shards. Last night I tried to play the final battle needed. Selected my squad of SEE Vader and Dooku. Then pressed battle and screen stuck on infinite load. I reloaded the game and lost my 70 dark side shards needed to play. Spent several hundred crystals again today to try again and the same thing happened. I’d like to get my crystals and the 140 dark side currency credited back and know when this will be fixed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to run the SEE event tier 6.

This a happened to me last night and tonight. I lost several hundred crystals trying to acquire my final piece of ultimate material. Please let advise on how I can get credited back my crystals and the dark side currency (140 shards) and when the problem will be resolved. See attached video for a quick clip.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch SEE tier 6 with SEE and you'll be stuck on a loading screen that never leads to the fight but the dark side currency is used up.

-I have deleted the game and reinstalled it

-I have rebooted my phone

-Have shut down every app I have besides swgoh

-My OS cant update further.

-I have tried my data plan and my wifi and swapped back and forth between them 

-No matter which character you bring in with SEE in which I've tried a mix of Darth Vader/Emperor Palpatine/Royal Guard/Count Dooku/Maul the event still doesnt load

-Cant load past tiers either

-The only people who I have heard that have gotten past this bug are people who have already finished the SEE event in its entirety.

I'm just making a post with my information in hopes of reimbursement since I'm now going to cap on dark side currency and waste energy in general.

I would really appreciate whatever can be done so that I'm not behind on my progress including the resources I already wasted. 

Exact same thing happened with me. My Ally code is 887-757-351. I have spent 140 dark side tickets and 900 crystals to acquire those tickets. I tried to initiate the event twice but the game would not move past the loading screen despite waiting for 15 min for the event to load. Eventually I had to restart the game and I lost my tickets. I am quite frustrated by this issue. It took me 3 days to collect these dark side tickets and I spent approximately 900 crystals on energy refreshes for this.

Super frustrating. This just happened to me.. my ally code is 797-516-884. I spent a lot of Crystals to get to launch the event..

We are aware of an issue with the SEE-E that some people are running into and looking into it.
