GL Ticket Packs purchased in Web Store delete themselves

I purchase 3 Lightside and 3 Darkside GL Event Ticket Packs in the Web Store. As in other Games I expected, if I buy something with real money the cap doesnt matter. To my surprise the excess GL Tickets were just deleted and the Game just destroyed around 20 Dollars from me. I need immediate help please.

Also my Game crashed when trying to collect the 0 tickets i bought for 5 dollars looking like this
As this is an obvious bug I would like to get an immediate response

Update: The support just didn‘t respond to my email and I didn‘t get anything back. I have still lost about 20 Dollars.
I got an email, that I helped find a bug, but nothing for my lost 20 Dollars.
