GLAT Title Rewards
I completed all the requirements but the game never gave me any of the title rewards in game. I have attached screenshots showing that I was never given any of the titles.

This is a known issue and tracked in https://trello.com/c/8n08UQNQ/1586-players-stopped-receiving-titles-after-fulfilling-the-requirements-for-galactic-legend-events
Tracked where? Nothing came up when I clicked that link. There was nothing for me to fill out and submit or anything. The whole thing kept bugging out and crashing.
