Glitch in game caused me to not be able to re-join my guild and in turn TB.

Summarize your bug Glitch wouldn't let me join guild and missed TB because of glitch.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurred during a 2-3 hour period before the start of Territory Battle.

Summarize your bug Several members of my guild left to help another guild complete the HSTR. When finished we left to rejoin our guild before Territory Battles. The rest of my guildmates were able to re-join, but I was not because a glitch in the game incorrectly said our guild was full when there were only 49/50 members in it. Several officers tried several times, but they kept getting the same error message that it was full. We counted again and there were only 49 members in there. Eventually the glitch fixed itself and was sent an invite and was able to join. That unfortunate part is that this occurred during the time that Territory Battles were beginning and I was not able to join because of the glitch in the game. I am missing out on all the Wat shards and GET currency that I normally get from a TB. Which is huge. And even more so with General Anakin Skywalker now in the game. It puts me at a HUGE disadvantage. I was told during a live chat that there was nothing that could be done because compensation for such glitches were looked on as an "undue disadvantage" by some players and that I couldn't be helped. This is greatly disheartening. I would argue that I am the one that is at an "undue disadvantage" because of a glitch in the game (and not by fault of my own) did not allow be to rejoin my guild and join TB in time. With the amount of money that I have spent on this game it is just a slap in the face to be told that there is nothing that can be done for me when the issue was wholly Capital Games and EA. I trust that something can be done for the loss of the Wat shards and GET currency I would have received if this glitch has not occurred.
