Store issue

I have this issue when i open the store from my PC its laggy and won't let me click on anything. I tried opening it through my phone and it works there, but when i try and make a purchase it says that my card  couldn't be verified. I have made previous purchases with that card and there was no problem. Also for some reason the game stopped notifying me if i have unclaimed kessel run rewards, which i assume has some connection with the fact that I can't even open the kessel run (and the store in general) on my PC.
