Thanks for getting back to me. As a test, can you try launching the game on the PC version? That would help narrow down if this is related to your device.

I don’t have a VPN, I have tried cell data, and a few different wireless connections (my mom put up some stuff so that was my first suspicion, but doesn’t appear to be the culprit)

Hi there. Thanks for  reaching out. Are you on a VPN by chance? If so, try disabling it. Also, does it make a difference if you switch to a wireless connection instead of using mobile data?
