How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug i cant log into the game. It says my session has expired. Blah blah it may have been 24 hours since i last logged in
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Can you both restart the device you are using and see if that gets you back into the game?

I have restarted my phone. Twice. And uninstalled the game. Twice. It still doesnt work. - gramsn14026 years agoRising Rookie
@EA_HighCommand Just tried that, still giving same error. I also tried Uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. No luck

Same. I've followed the same steps you have listed and that others have tried. I haven't been able to get in all morning.

I am going to miss the whole day of rewards and the login bonus is going to be affected because of this. Can you please fix this issue!!!!

I've tried reinstalling both SWGOH and Google's Play Games app (multiple times). Also tried changing passwords, clearing cache, restarting my phone, switching between wifi and cell tower, etc. Everything short of getting a new phone... ☹️ - 6 years ago
You guys really dont want me playing do you? I still cant log on. I spend about $400 a month on this game and now ive lost an entire day.

I have tried everything I can think of and still cannot get in.
Tried clearing game and Google play data/cache
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Google play.
Tried accessing my account on another device.
Tried creating a new account just to get in.
Tried removing my Google play account and resyncing the account to my phone.
Nothing has worked. I get the endless connection lost error.
