Unfortunately, there can be a delay with these packs occasionally and there's nothing we can do on our end to speed this up. In the past, players have had success with reinstalling the game to get the packs to arrive.
We can see that you received a Large Galactic Advancement Kit in-game on 18/11/2021 at 8:39:31pm UTC. Have you redeemed one since then?
What time did you last redeem the other packs at?

I redeemed a pack a few days ago, after the last update, and keep getting this error now. I did get the mail in game saying I got the pack, but when I went back to redeem a second one, it doesn't seem to recognize that I'd already redeemed the first in game.

Currently dealing with the same issue myself, been trying to do this for a week. I tried contacting Google to see if the issue was on they're end. I tried everything they suggested to do and they were saying to contact support here so this is clearly a app issue with the recent update.

Mine has been stuck since Nov17th. The same message, "you must open game...". I have over 4k in points I cant spend and I have tried every trick to fix the issue. Clear cache (game and ps), reinstalled game, switch devices and tried it all again, and a number of other options. This is very annoying. Now when I open my android device, I cant make a purchase right away, tells me one is in process. I have to wait until one of those sales banners pops up and click that, then I can make a purchase.

I have tried to fix this on three different devices. Starting from a forest install of both GoH and PS on an android without my account. I frequently jump between my iPhone, Note10, and iPad. This issue has been active for me since Nov 17th. I have tried every conceivable option to correct it. It is definitely not a delay. You can get a pack that you have not purchased yet, but once you purchase it, something is not getting reset and you cannot purchase it again.

Hello Guys !
After yersterday patch, i looked closely at the patch notes and the dev trello bugtracker to see if we get any update or fix fot this issue ... the issue was still marked as investigating and no information in patch notes.
However i still tried to buy some new packs and it worked !
It seems the issue is solved (at least on my side). Can you guys check and confirm it is fixed for you too ?
