Got banned after battle error in coliseum??

Hello guys,

I write here because I am very confuse and little angry. My english is not very good sorry.

Yesterday I was playing Swgoh in EA app launcher and I was streaming the game to my friend on Discord. We was playing in coliseum mode. In middle of battle suddenly screen freeze and say something like “battle error” and then game just close alone.

I think ok, maybe bug, so I open again the game. But when I enter, I get one pop up message saying I am banned. BANNED. I dont understand why. I never use cheat, never exploit, nothing. I just play normal.

The error happen in same moment of fight, so maybe system think something wrong? Maybe because stream my internet did a thing? I really dont know.

Someone have same problem before? Is possible automatic ban because error in coliseum? I already send ticket to support but no answer yet. I just want play again, I do nothing bad :(
