Summarize your bug I would like to report a bug I'm experiencing in SWGOH. During the Artist of War (Grand Admiral Thrawn) Event, my game crashed after completing Tiers 1 - 5. Because of this, 25 shards were not granted after the 1st win in each tier. Due to this bug, I only have 120 of 145 shards after successfully completing tiers 1-5 making Grand Admiral Thrawn unactivatable. EA in-game support has been unsuccessful in solving/granting shards to resolve this issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, but please check my inventory for proof of missing rewards.
