- Crashed in the middle of my Darth Revan versus opposing Darth Revan fight, which cost me my entire championship. 

- Ally code 134-776-935

- Phone model OnePlus 3 A300; firmware OxygenOS 9.0.4 (Android)

- Signed up for the GAC on July 10, 2019

- I forgot to take a screenshot. Doubt it would help anyway, it just froze during HK47's basic ability.
