Both on mobile: (Droid xt1650) and tablet (Samsung of some sort)

Grand arena crashed twice at the start of a round, making 7 heros unavailable for use and reducing amount of points possible to attain. Actually lost this match by 11 points or so.

Not a huge issue for me honestly, but I did call to see if I could get them reset for use and was told not so much but to detail the event here.

Inconvenient but not disastrous.
