Grand Arena fight stucked

Hello,

Because this happened to me for the second time I'm reporting. 

Issue: during Grand Arena fight, oppoment sudenly stops and didn't tak a turn. This stuck lasted whole 5 minutes resulting in lost battle with 0 points earned (first fight). Team of attacker wasted. I'm adding screens.

Note: my network connection works perfectly.

Would it be possible to investigate/ fix that? Might be quite annoying for players, who invest a lot of money to get top teams.
